Costs are quoted are per person, and all seats must be paid in full prior to any event. Culture Calendar do not accept provisional bookings. Seat allocation will be provided upon arrival at the collection point.
Our transport provider is on a tight schedule, which may affect our cost to our customer. As such it is very important that our passengers are at the pickup point on time. Culture Calendar are not liable for anyone missing the coach transfer, nor any costs which may arise from it.
As Culture Calendar pre-pay and book events in advance, tickets and trips are only refundable if we have someone to take your place. If members provide Culture Calendar with a written request to cancel their trip, three working days prior to the event, the cost of the trip may be transferred to another trip.
On rare occasions, depending on the volume of bookings secured, it may be necessary to cancel an excursion, however, Culture Calendar Members will be offered a full refund, or the opportunity to secure another event with funds already received.
Our customers are responsible for their personal belongings, at all times. No items should be left on the coach.
Our coach operator strictly prohibits any smoking or vaping whilst onboard their vehicles, and we ask that all persons attending our events show all due respect and consideration to fellow passengers.
Customers with disabilities must check accessibility before booking. Our coach hire company will assist with easy storage of light weight fold away wheelchairs, and disability aids. Our coach hire company are unable to assist with motorised wheelchairs or scooters. Members booking with Culture Calendar are responsible for their own mobility needs, without exception.
Visitors to our site are social media platforms are not permitted to copy any content, and note that in joining our events, all parties accept that your picture may appear on our social media. If, for any reason, you do not wish to appear on any photographic content, please ensure that you confirm this to the business in writing, 24 hours prior to the event.
Occasionally we will include links to other sites, however, Culture Calendar do not accept any responsibility or liability for their content, or security.
To the best of our knowledge, all information is true and correct at the time of publishing, as such, Culture Calendar do not accept any liability nor responsibility for any change that may occur, beyond our control.
Culture Calendar trips are not available for pets, or children under the age of 16.
Inline with the Laws of England and Wales, Culture Calendar are insured for accidental and third party liability. Culture Calendar strongly advise all passengers to secure personal independent travel insurance cover, to include injury, loss, and theft.
In no event, shall Culture Calendar be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations, arising out of, or caused by, directly, or indirectly, forces beyond its control. This includes, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, or Acts of God.
Culture Calendar accepts no liability for sickness, damage, accidence, delays, injury, weather, nor any personal negligence.
Maximum liability payable by Culture Calendar shall not exceed the total fee collected for the provision of goods and/or services provided.
Members may attend any paid events whilst subscribing to the Culture Calendar Membership. Members are free to surrender their subscription after a 30 day notice period, in writing, to sales@culturecalendar.co.uk, and any trips that have been pre-paid will be credited to the Members account at that point.
Should your Member Subscription lapse, Website Login, and Facebook Private Group access will be withdrawn.
By booking with Culture Calendar, all Members and Member guests to our activities and events accept all terms and conditions outlined herein as standard.
