Occasionally, members have extenuating circumstances where their plans unavoidable change, and in those rare instances, we will do our best to help them out, and open up their availability to other members.

Ultimately, it’s best to book as soon as possible, because Culture Calendar coach trips vary in size, depending on the day that we have planned, or importantly what the members vote for.
